Digital Avenues Pte. Ltd. ("Digital Avenues," "Tenon," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Tenon website (tenon.one) and related waitlist, product, and service offerings (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to website visitors, waitlist sign-ups, and customers of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Digital Avenues Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered address at 36 Robinson Road, #20-01 City House, Singapore 068877, Singapore ("Company," "we"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Services, except where a customer using the Tenon product acts as controller of its own end users' data — in that case, Digital Avenues Pte. Ltd. acts as a data processor on that customer's behalf under a separate data processing agreement.

- Waitlist or contact forms: name, work email address, company name, job title, and phone number (where provided)
- Sales and support interactions: information you share in emails, calls, demo requests, or support tickets
- Account and platform use (once you are a customer): account credentials, workspace configuration, and business data you or your organization connect to the platform — this is governed additionally by your organization's separate agreement with us
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, referring URLs
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7)
2.3 Information from third parties
- Business or professional network and enrichment data our sales team uses to research a prospective customer
- Information from single sign-on or other third-party services you choose to connect
3. How we use personal data
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- Respond to waitlist sign-ups, inquiries, and support requests
- Send product updates, launch announcements, and marketing communications, with an option to unsubscribe at any time
- Provide, personalize, and secure the Tenon platform for customers
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") applies, we collect, use, and disclose personal data on the basis of consent or an applicable exception under the PDPA. Where the EU/UK GDPR or other data protection laws apply to you, we rely on one or more of: your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and marketing the Services; performance of a contract with you or your organization; and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy — including, for waitlist sign-ups, until launch communications are complete or you unsubscribe, and for customer data, for the duration of the applicable customer agreement plus any period required by law.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the PDPA and, where applicable, GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data
- Withdraw consent to processing — including unsubscribing from marketing emails at any time via the link in each email
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@tenon.one.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where required by law, provide additional notice.
